​Order processing time

​All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Due to high order volume, delivery may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

Delivery times

​As we operate a dropshipping business, products may be shipped from various international warehouses.

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 3-5 business days

Norway, Denmark: 3-11 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping companies or high seasonal loads.

Shipping costs

​Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we may offer free shipping promotions, which are clearly stated on the website.

Delivery confirmation & tracking

​Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2-5 days to update after your package has shipped.

​Customs and taxes

​Deliveries may incur local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

​Incorrect delivery addresses

​Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

​Lost or stolen packages

​We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping company. If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company directly.

Damaged products

​If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged product and packaging, so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
