​Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

​If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase by contacting us at:

You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your right of cancellation.

​Return conditions

​For a return to be accepted, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

The product must be in its original packaging

You must be able to present proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

​Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product has arrived damaged, defective or faulty.

As some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we will provide the correct return address after your return request has been approved.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​Refunds

​Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective or incorrect product).

Damaged or faulty products

​If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the problem

Pictures of the product and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

​Non-returnable products

​The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Hygiene products or personal care items that have been opened (if applicable)

Late or missed refunds

Contact your credit or debit card company - it may take some time for the refund to officially appear
