Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Because we operate as a dropshipping business, products may be shipped from different international warehouses.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Sweden: 7–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after the package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at info@vendexiastore.com  before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
