Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

You must return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we will provide the correct return address after your return request has been approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hygiene products or personal care items that have been opened (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank
